Poverty teaches you to emerge as a survivor and not perish under life’s burdens.
You let go of things that you can’t afford without any heartache:

- Traveling in public transport
- Sleeping without air-conditioners
- Visiting a park instead of malls for entertainment
2. You Don’t Need Much To Be Happy

Poverty teaches you surviving within limited means.

You accept the harsh realities of life and find happiness in little things.

You stop finding happiness in materialistic things like dining out and partying.
3. You Become More Resourceful

Lack of resources teaches one to become more resourceful.

You learn ways to save money and survive on what is available.

Poverty turns you into a hustler which lead to path of wealth.
4. You become Goal-Oriented

You become focused on getting out of harsh poverty.

You become more realistic about your goals and work round the clock.

You work harder than most people to evade poverty for rest of life.
5. You Become Empathetic

You understand the misery of poor.

You can feel the pain of other people who are living the life that you had lived once.

Seen poverty from a close distance makes you more charitable.
6. You Become Independent

Poverty can mature you before time.

Your priorities become clear at a very young age.

You learn how to hustle and make money to achieve what you want.

You always figure out a way to survive and deal with your problems.
7. You Know How To Handle Stress

If you have dealt with poverty, You are used to a mind under continuous stress.

It makes you resilient and handling stress in a much better way.
8. You Become Financially Mature

If you spent your growing up years struggling with money,

You will be extra careful when you finally have it.

You will be an expert at spending and saving money.
