Yesterday was another chance for Donny & imo he disappointed...one touch passing is nice but I saw little initiative from my #10...i'm not gonna conclude on him, but its clear that he's still adjusting, maybe next season for VDB...he should be content with minutes here & there fn
Henderson, a pleasing performance although West Ham posed little threat that warranted anything heroic. De Gea must feel the pressure...his mistakes, if they continue, will soon present Henderson the opportunities he could grab with both gloves.
Telles was better, haven't seen him overlap yet, maybe it's instructions, but he rarely gets down the byline to whip one in...defensively better, still doesn't seem to be trusted by Ole to see out a game, but having him as a back up to the in-form Shaw is encouraging.
Matic started off brightly, did a job on Soucek & tried to move the ball quicker. West Ham didn't play how we all thought they would've & a defensive double pivot together with an ineffective VDB provided little threat against their low block. Matic is still our best DM
Martial had a point to prove & contrary to many he proved his point. He looked motivated, chased players, held the ball nicely, linked with others, cudv had a couple assists, his confidence goal-front is still a concern, mayb not enuff to oust Cavani..Rashford shudn't be careless
