A few things we spotted

Thread 👇🏻👇🏻
Subject lines: most common word count I found was 6 words. You can’t even read that on a 📲 without it truncating

Instead: aim for 3 or 4 words but mix it up over your cadence
Email body word count: Median range was 70 to 150 words. Even 70 is a lot to fit into one scroll on a phone screen.

Instead: target 50 and ruthlessly cut filler words. Formalised SMS speak
When to send: after lunch gets the best engagement but this is industry-wide, not unique to your market or mine. Just B2B.

Days of the week are all similar in engagement, Monday a slightly better day per engagement

As well: don’t rule out weekends, they still work
