Instead of a bigger dilution (like it was the case with competitor $Mara), @PeterGWall opted for a $100m credit facility to cover the remaining costs. Smart growth. Expansion taking place while #ARB is at its strongest, step by step securing the best deals in the industry
Anyone who is a proper investor will see tremendous value from todays announcement. Im pretty sure Im speaking also for those who are not invested and just watching from the sidelines. The investment case gets stronger and stronger each quarter & its clear there is more to come !
We all know how such news would have been received on Nasdaq and perhaps its time to start thinking like our American peers - especially that it seems to be quite clear that #ARB has intentions to be listed there & this will likely happen sooner rather than later this year.
There is currently so much going on within the business that the newsflow over the coming months should keep flowing without end + everyone has to agree that comms have been brilliant. I have been scaling back to #ARB this morning and will continue adding on any sp weakness
Most of current #ARB investors joined in the last 6m, during the bull run and likely dont understand how different the current circumstances are from a #btc

Cheap electricity and high margins are key. The deal gives access to "some of the cheapest renewable energy worldwide in a location where innovation in new technologies is encouraged and incentivised". Pay attention to the last word as well- think Tesla & reason behind their move
Lastly - the "renewable energy" bit acts also a strong incentive for many investors/potentially interested funds. Not so key for me, but its an added bonus. And finally - $zcash at ATH right now! (have a look) . Whats not to like!
