How I got rid of the cold start for my 2017 bike which ran for 12000kms.
Problem:During the first start of the day bike refuses to start easily and had to give throttle and electric start for atleast 2 mins to start. The issue could be common for Passion/Splendor type
How I got rid of the cold start for my 2017 bike which ran for 12000kms.

Dismantling a Spark Plug is the first step. It could be identified by that Red one in the below pic
Open your seat, you'll find this Hero Cover which will have the tool to open the Spark Plug
This is the tool we are looking for. This one will help you open your Spark Plug
This tool along with 19 inch bolt will open the Spark Plug
Just attach the 19 inch bolt over the top of this tool and we are good to dismantle the Spark plug
Just remove the Spark Plug cap, just pull out the Red color with your bare hands
Just fit the tool and move it Counter Clock Wise to open the Spark Plug
That is Exactly how a spark plug should not look. See the black color at the tip, it means your vehicle is running under rich condition (more fuel and less air)
Just clean the tip with a screwdriver and a cleaning cloth. Use a kerosene if available, it'll remove the carbon deposit in no time.
Remove as much carbon or black thing as much as possible, use any sand paper(available in Hardware shop) if you have, I had lost my sand paper and need to buy one.
Just fix the Spark Plug again and this time DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN the Spark plug. Medium tight is more than sufficient
Most important step of all. Keep all your tools where they are supposed to be
This was the first start for the day. Notice I did not give any throttle at all but she started like a new
If you still have the problem of cold start, buy a new one Bosch or at any Spare parts shop and watch the YT video below. Another preferred brand is NGK Spark splug
