The hate for Narendra Modi/BJP is at an all time high in Punjab if the Truth be told. No amount of justification, explanation & back sliding can change that. Congress & Akalis are feeding into this narrative of Punjab Vs Union of India eerily resembling early 1980s.

No one may explicitly say it but the opposition is playing a dangerous game of reviving a Frankenstien monster which we had almost but quelled after a lot of sacrifices & effort. I dont blame ordinary Punjabis but the efforts to brainwash them now near harvest.

You have to give it to Modi Government for showing exemplary restraint in face of such provocation where the idea is to ignite the fire & let it burn the house down putting the blame at his door step. Not firing a bullet on 26/01 or not using force against protests is sane advice

History will be testament to difference between Modi & Indira when it came to use of Force. While Indira used force thoughtlessly, Modi has used brains when dealing with these protests. Just follow his path & dont give it a religious colour while exposing them on laws.
