I am honestly tired of seeing how men and women are being treated differently in the class, how women are expected to clarify themselves and asked more questions to be convincing while men aren't.
This is discouraging me and my female colleagues because we are sick of defending ourselves against a baseless argument that a man makes in the class.
We constantly try to bring up conversations about how women & people of color are expected to meet higher & different standards in academia and we are constantly being shut down. This is exhausting & I don't know what to do about it.
