How did the IPA find 653,600 jobs are at risk from a net zero emissions target?

Here's how:
* Calculate average emissions per job in Australia
* Find industries in which emissions per job are higher than this average
* Sum up the total workers in those industries to get 653,600
That means the IPA is saying that every single job in agriculture (for example) is at risk if a net zero emissions target is adopted.

Same for electricity supply.

As though Australia won't be growing anything or consuming any electricity in a net zero world.
IPA research reports are often an exercise in "make up a methodology that results in a scary sounding headline"
