A weak mind creates a miserable life.
A strong mind creates a divine life.

How to build a God-like mind amongst mortal mindsets

// A THREAD //
1. Read About / Listen To Successful People

Huge in helping you:

→ see failure & risk differently
→ prioritize gratitude & problem-solving

Develop a healthy relationship with setbacks.
2. Build Skills

Payoff is huge:
→ Develop mastery & confidence
→ Get you through hard times

To be competent, you must learn.
To be confident, you must be competent.
* or know you will be *

Create mastery.
3. Build Consciousness

A conscious mind is a strong mind.

→ Drive in silence
→ Meditate
→ Go for quiet walks
→ Sit in your thoughts

Stop drowning yourself in music & Youtube videos.
4. Build Emotional Intelligence

You control your emotions or they control you.

- Write or draw your problems
- Make a happy journal
- Make an achievement journal

Create a healthy outlet to manage emotions.
5. Daily Affirmations & Actions

"I will be successful."

Follow-up with a task that makes you 1% better.

The goal is to build a delusional level of self-belief.

Mold your subconscious mind & life.
6. Filter What You Consume

Don't follow IG models; follow David Goggins

Don't listen to people who complain; listen to problem-solvers

Don't bump sad music; bump upbeat, powerful lyrics

Discrimination is domination.
7. Murder Negative Self-Talk

Nothing wants to stand in the way of relentlessness.

Including your brain.

If your brain is always bombarded by inferior thoughts that YOU choose, it will fold.
7a.

Do this exercise to foster a stronger mind:

Write down 3 wins & 4 gratitudes for the day.
Say aloud 5 traits you love about yourself.

8. Light Your Fire

Find a purpose greater than yourself.

It could be family; a community group.

To do this, be flexible & experiment.

A collective purpose makes you strong.
9. Foster Gratitude

People with strong minds aren't immune to shitty situations.

They handle them differently.
Every strong mind is a rational optimist.

Count your blessings & stay anchored.
10. Leave the Comfort Zone

A strong mind doesn't let fear & anxiety stand in the way.

By gradually exposing yourself, you break barriers & build confidence.

Flourish in the face of struggle.
P.S.

You have cognitive biases that make your mind weak.

I have a thread coming on how to shrink their impact.
Stay tuned.
This world wants your mind weak.

A turned-on, creative brain is a threat to it, but a superpower to you.

Activate it.
