A story:
You got $Link. He's the king of DeFi. He's flying low under the radar. He's potential is massive. He doesn't want to move, staying put at $25. Now the other DeFi assets come, they start messing with him. Telling him they're better, and he's just a stablecoin.
You got $Link. He's the king of DeFi. He's flying low under the radar. He's potential is massive. He doesn't want to move, staying put at $25. Now the other DeFi assets come, they start messing with him. Telling him they're better, and he's just a stablecoin.
Zeus Capital starts accusing him of fraud, scams, spreading disinformation, jabbing him. He doesn't do anything. Compound's CEO, he starts messing with him. Coming over, making trouble, tweeting private conversation e-mails. Still nothing.
Now the other crypto assets, they notice this. They start to move in. The centralized oracles; $BAND mainly. They're barking at him, laughing at him, claiming to be the #1 oracle. They tweet false information, and eat some of it's market-cap.
They do this, then they get bolder and bolder. Till one day, $Link gets up and tears the shit out of everybody. Runs like the wind, eats everything in his path - DeFi, external payments, gaming, insurance, derivatives, supply chain, utilities, payments, etc.
Cause every once in a while, $Link has to show the jackals, who he is.
