GOP state legislatures all over the country are going ALL-IN to encumber, suppress, stymie, gerrymander and hamper Democratic voters in any and every way they can.
Unless we pass strong federal legislation

that supersedes those efforts, many will pass and be effective.
That is where the fight over the filibuster is going to get real. Because the GOP is going to use it to protect state-level voter suppression, and Sinema & Manchin are going to have to decide where they stand.

The good news is that they could vote to kill the filibuster for a period of time, just to pass key voting legislation, and then reinstitute it, if that’s what it takes.
