Never Run Out of Ideas:

How to Create Tweets on a Weekly Basis Without Burning Out.

Here is my exact system for writing Tweets weekly. I’ll cover:

👉Finding Inspiration

👉Finding Good Tweets to Model

👉Writing the Tweets

// THREAD //
📕 How do I find material?

Monday through to Saturday I apply the following methods.

✍️ Method 1:

Simple.

You can’t make fire without fuel.

You can’t create unless you consume.
Monday to Friday, I allocate time daily to consume content around my Niche and apply it to daily life.

Volk Culture covers topics such as:

- Building Confidence
- Positive Psychology
- Physical training
- Habit Building
- Brand building
- Social Skills
- Nutrition

...
...

Make a list of topics that your account covers.

As I consume content on my niche topics through books, videos, and podcasts I take notes.
The best advice I ever got about writing a Tweet ( @The_SmartMoney):

Keep it simple. One tweet - one idea.
In my notetaking, I apply this.

I write down single ideas from the content I consume.

For example, I’m reading Atomic Habits and I see a quote.

I write that down.

1 quote = 1 idea.
✍️ Method 2:

I reflect on my life and things I’ve learned daily.

Reflection is where a lot of your novel insights come from.

They’re of YOUR experience.

They’re of YOUR results.

It’s where your most unique content will come from.

Apply method 1 to your reflections.
📕 Finding Good Tweets to model.

@creation247: “To be the best writer, you have to read from the best.”

Something like that.

So it’s important for you to create a swipe file. Here’s how:
✍️ Method 1:

As I’m consuming content on my Twitter feed, as you do, I keep an eye out for Tweets that have great engagement.

LOTS of LIKES / RTs / Comments relative to the account’s size.

If I see one I like - I pop it into Notion (embed your Tweets)
✍️ Method 2:

If I liked a tweet A LOT - I pop it into Notion.
✍️ Method 3:

Choose your favorite account.

Scroll through their feed and look for a standard number for good RTs for that account.

Put this in the Twitter search bar:

from:accountname min_retweets:x

Pop more high-engagement Tweets into Notion.
📕 Writing Tweets

I set aside Sunday for my content day.

You can choose any day that is convenient for you - just make sure you can routinely do it to make it a habit.
On Sunday, I now have a notebook full of single ideas + a swipe file loaded with great tweets.

Here’s what I do:

1. I read through the Swipe File.
2. I read through my notes.
3. At each note, I write a tweet. :)

This works. Try it.

Happy days.
With this system, I write 30+ Tweets every Sunday ready for the week to be queued up on Hypefury.

I can now reap the benefits of automating my Tweets:

- Less stress
- Less time coming up with Tweets
- More time to do other things
