this is for my very few followers who occupy the middle bit of the venn diagram between cricket fans and f1 fans ur welcome

some of these are well thought out, some are just vibes

Lewis Hamilton / James Anderson
-GOAT but a lot of people don’t like that
-somehow keeps getting better; shows no sign of slowing down
-comes from a less well off background than a lot of their peers in the sport

Valtteri Bottas / Dom Sibley
-can be boring to watch but undoubtedly is skilful
-maybe overshadowed by more flamboyant peers but on the whole pretty reliable

Max Verstappen / Graeme Swann
-good and Knows It
-has said some STUPID things
-has not yet/did not reach full potential due to factors outside their control

Checo Perez / Chris Woakes
-seems like a nice guy
-has been consistently good but not always recognised for it
-hair
-31 years old

Lando Norris / Ollie Pope
-new(ish) kid on the block
-look a bit like a victorian child chimney sweep
-likeable, have a lot of raw talent and have been pretty successful from pretty early on

Daniel Ricciardo / Mark Wood
-this one sorted itself out really
-absolute joker, constantly smiling
-dangerous once the game face is on
-i love them

Lance Stroll / Jofra Archer
-people love to bring up how they got into the sport
-a lot of haters who are probably underestimating them
-young, got a few rough edges that if polished out will allow them to be Proper Good

Sebastian Vettel / Stuart Broad
-would be considered the best of their generation if it wasn’t for their pesky friend
-relaxed on the surface but fiercely competitive
-used to have luscious long hair but that’s...receded with age

Esteban Ocon / Moeen Ali
-come from very different backgrounds than a lot of their peers
-was good, then dropped- hopefully making a comeback
-everyone is kinda rooting for them. if you’re not, you’re probably kidding yourself

Fernando Alonso / Kevin Pietersen
-very very good, a goat of their era (gote?)
-very very controversial
-went away for a bit and came back again
-NOT a team player

Charles Leclerc / Jonathan Trott
-looked like they were born to do the sport from when they first started, didn’t need to warm up to it
-can be overly self critical, need to stay out of their head

Carlos Sainz / Ben Foakes
-why do we never see them!?!?
-when we do they usually perform very well
-hair looks nice

Pierre Gasly / Jos Buttler
-brought up to the top level under some criticism
-dropped after underwhelming performance, have seen a surge of form since
-pretty

Yuki Tsunoda / Sam Curran
-baby

Kimi Raikkonen / Geoffrey Boycott
-old as shit
-good in their day
-controversial, generate strong opinions on both sides

-resting miserable fucker face

Antonio Giovinazzi / Rory Burns
-probably better than their current figures suggest
-magnificent hair

Mick Schumacher / Jonny Bairstow
-The Dad Boys

-dad also participated in sport, suffered a tragedy later in life

-new(ish) just like their good friend lando/ollie
-“mate”
-sound like the most stereotypical english bloke ever
-from the seaside kinda

Nicholas Latifi / Jack Leach
-exact same vibes
-i want to be their friend
-both cancers (maybe why they have the same vibes???)
