some will have already jumped on calling this but 2021's trend is newsletters. come december we're gonna be piled how with curated everything straight to our inbox. god help us.
i think this is probably the natural backslide against incessant notifications: instead of knowing everything, all the time, get ready to know a curated set of things, whenever you want to read them.
the inevitable response to this is an eventual cry for more immediacy and intimacy, or people 'tiring of experts' again and doubling down on shitposting as an alternative to curated content.
that being said, give me ur best newsletters i'm hungry to jump on a bandwagon
