Main question is why and why now? A very quick look at their reported shows quickly deteriorating operating trends with a declining market share, a 25% EPS miss and a lack of revenue guidance.

Qs raised by all this for a $ 800 bn market cap public company:significantly increased downside earnings volatility. Capital allocation contradicting company’s raison d’être. Timing looking like a diversion away from deteriorating fundamentals. Looks like and is probably a fraud
