WHY IT'S OKAY TO NOT PLAY DESTINY TODAY: A THREAD.

1. The game is in such a bad state that a bunch of Destiny Streamers, BIG AND SMALL, have decided they won't go after the grind today.
Some playing Apex, some playing Valheim.

This is okay because the current grind for the game is, for lack of a better word, repetitive.

2. They introduced new content to their page and are ENJOYING the new content. I'm seeing people have fun in Apex, gather their troops in Valheim, take pride in their art more, branch into horror games, and I'm gonna say it:

They wouldn't have that much fun repeating content.

3. Do you know what my favorite Destiny Streamers are doing today?

Grinding ranked in Apex.

Other games are fine to play, it's not fair for a creator to paint themselves in a corner. If something isn't working they should have the right to change it up without remorse.

4. You as a fan do have the right to request what you wanna see.

You also have the right to not be a dick when it isn't what you wanna see.

Guilting a creator for not doing what you want is the most dogwater move, people already feel guilty for not streaming as it is.

5. If you find it necessary to guilt a streamer for not loading up Destiny 2 to the same old grind then:

Take a look at yourself and ask yourself why you decided to make someone else feel bad over a game with lackluster content that ignores it's playerbase?

Facts are Facts.

Finally:

People always come back to Destiny. Always.

Let creators enjoy this time to express themselves as more than a Warlock, Hunter, or Titan.

I've been seeing them laugh, have fun, dance, and scream "LETS GO" AND MOST IMPORTANTLY:

ENJOYING THEMSELVES.
