Women, don’t wait for someone to invest in you.

Don’t wait to be nominated or selected for a leadership course.

Statistically, your chances are low.

Remove the thought you must be chosen to be a leader.

Invest in your own leadership acumen.

2/3 For yrs I thought I could only develop myself as a leader or invest in self development via courses paid by my Dept.

When I wouldn’t get selected, I viewed it as I was not “ready” to be a leader.

change: YOU choose what you what to be & what skills you want to develop.

3/3 Invest in your own development yearly. Spend your own $. Don’t wait to be picked.

Take a course/hire a coach/Take a class.

Don’t let someone else’s view of you limit YOUR GROWTH.

I set aside my own development $ yearly.

I am worth it.

So are you.
