THIS IS THE 1 BILLION #NordStream2 DEAL, THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT OFFERED TO THE #TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IN LAST AUGUST.
Forget everything you have heard about Trump corruption.
Germany wanted to top that in cooperation with the previous US govt. to support the Putin regime.

Notice that the German government offered this deal (paid by the German tax payer) without consulting the German parliament and asked the Trump administration to bypass and mute the United States Congress as well.
THIS IS THE CORRUPTION, #NordStream2 SWAPS INTO OUR COUNTRY!!!

The offer came from the German Finance Minister (and current SPD chancellor candidate) @OlafScholz and was addressed to US Secretary of Treasury, @stevenmnuchin1.
BUT it indicates, German Foreign Minister @HeikoMaas & Energy Minister @peteraltmaier were informed about the deal.

Remember that the German govt. was criticizing the Trump admin. for all its secret deals, "America First" and so on, while offering the backroom deal of the century!
