1. Speak about the role & the challenges the business faces.
For example:
“From my understanding of this role it will involve [X].
The main challenges of this org are [1-2 challenges]”.
For example:
“From my understanding of this role it will involve [X].
The main challenges of this org are [1-2 challenges]”.
2. Speak about your past achievements that have results those specific challenges.
“At my previous company I [evidence of you solving challenges with metric]...
I learnt a lot of [specific skillset]
I am confident I can do the same within [org name]”

BONUS POINT:
This applies to other questions too:
Ask them a question back.
