Like most SNAs I've comforted parents who have gotten no sleep, have had to fight to get resources. Behind the scenes I've tried to help.

Meanwhile privately, I've had to worry about whether this year's SNA allocations will mean I've a job next year. 2/5
If, as a parent, you're hearing and believing that SNAs and SEN teachers are lazy or don't care about your children..........then maybe listen to your heart and know that we care, as we have done for years. 3/5
If you are being told that unions are being awkward or are 'trying to run the country' then realise that the events in January we due to being at the height of a wave during a pandemic where lives are being lost. We want children with AN to be as safe as the rest of society. 4/5
There's a serious amount of misinformation being peddled by the same few influential people.

The divide between parents and school staff has been created on purpose. It's a strategy. The repercussions of this strategy will affect AEN children for years to come. 5/5
