I’m seeing way too many “why can’t @POTUS do ____” posts. Let me take one shot at helping you with some of the big questions.
“Why haven’t they passed Covid relief yet?”

Both houses of Congress must pass their version of reconciliation, then make an agreement on final passage. That should be done in March.
“Why hasn’t Biden fire Louis DeJoy as Postmaster General yet?”

He has to fire the USPS Board of Governors for cause, then appoint his own new board members through the Senate. This will easily take months.
“Why aren’t they raising the minimum wage in this reconciliation bill?”

The minimum wage probably can’t be in reconciliation because it’s probably not a budget matter.
“Why hasn’t Joe Biden eliminated student loan debt by executive order yet?”

It’s not clear he legally can do anything beyond eliminate interest, and he certainly can’t touch existing private loans. There are bills in Congress to address this now.
“Why doesn’t Biden bring up immigration reform right away?”

He’s quite powerful, but Congressional leadership sets the calendar, and there will be negotiations for months. This isn’t a five minute job.
“Can’t Bernie just put the Green New Deal and Medicare For All in the budget, since he’s chairman of the budget committee?”

Yeah, that’s not how it works. Otherwise every senator would kill for that dictator job.
“Why hasn’t Biden taken action on the Supreme Court?”

No one has retired yet. He just got a bunch of district and appeals court openings to fill in the short term.
In short, @JoeBiden just became President. Big change is not achieved through executive orders. It’s not a quick job. The legislative process is still a part of important laws that work. It will take the whole first two years to fix many things.
Give it time. Joe will achieve many things he promised.
