1. DRDO can develop any kind of missile now. They've arrived in the global missile space. This capability is very hard won, and we have Dr. Kalam as well as successive GOIs to thank for it. => https://twitter.com/SJha1618/status/1358847520655372290

2. DRDO's GATEC fabricates Monolithic Microwave ICs (MMIC), bringing strategic independence in the radar and missile space.
3. STARC has Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems mfr capability. MEMS are hybrid ICs combining electronic components with mechanical bits. A key gap filled.=>

3. QRSAM dev trials done, in user trials, induction expected in 2022.
4. Akash NG dev trials underway, user trials to follow, induction in 2023.
5. SAAW v.1 to be inducted in 2021. SAAW v.2 with IIR seeker to start dev trials in 2022. =>

6. NGARM/ RudraM-1 induction in 2022, with passive homing head + MMW seeker.
7. Astra Mk.2 with dual pulse motor to start dev cum user trials shortly, induction in 2022.
8. SFDR to enter dev trials in 2022. This is the update I and many others have been eagerly awaiting. =>

9. LFRJ still under development, will enter trials in the "not too distant" future.
10. Nag ready, awaiting orders. A bit of a sore point for most followers of Indian defence. Orders grossly overdue.
11. HELINA user trials to start this month! =>

12. 12. CLGM to complete trials by 2022, meaning it will be ready for production. Let's hope orders are placed.
