You think hanko make up for the fact that rapists walk free after abusing their underage children?

You think dogs in baby strollers make up for the fact that the abortion pill isn't available in Japan?

You think sushi belts make up for the fact same-sex marriage is still illegal, and that both spouses are forced to share the same surname (usually the man's)?

You think double-decker parking makes up for the fact that medical universities purposefully denied entrance to women because they would "get married and have children and stop working" and instead allowed unqualified men to study instead?

Because to me, it seems like you made a fucking typo and meant that Japan is 50 years BEHIND* in terms of social equity and justice.
