It could end up with police being overwhelmed by complainants - ironically, neglecting those who are really at threat...(3/4) #DomesticAbuseBill
However, one thing the whole recovered memory scandal reminds us of is that 'believe the victim' mantra is no guarantee of truth, and can lead to grave miscarriages of justice. (4/4) #DomesticAbuseBill
