✅Knows that their tone is contagious for rounds or juniors in clinic and chooses to model a positive/can do one.
⭐️Treats all faculty equally with respect despite faculty of choice
🤔Takes an honest interest in who team members are as people
📣 Is an advocate for: colleagues, patients, students
🍎Assumes positive intent from others and tries to keep the cynicism at bay- but then can stand up if there is injustice
🩺 Can lead the team by clearly defining expectations from each member
