Hustle to spots and aggressive shifts force defenders to handle pressure and make decisions.

Notice the 3rd attackman shift, leaving the “over” psd open.
2 Splitting 3:

Having an active stick can result in quick easy ones.

A lower form of pressure, we still need to take pride and try to force mistakes.

Some scrappiness on the loose ball never hurt either.
Midline Doubles:

Never give up on the play. At some point if your middies can turn them back around the midline and trap, hustling behind the play can force this situation.

Additionally, it allows us to play fast off the turnover.
