This policy is dangerous for SC, & puts undue strain on LEOs already struggling with rising violent crime; on business owners already feeling economic strain; & on the first generation of kids growing up w/ shooter drills who would see openly carried handguns at eye level.

And there’s no going back once it passes. In fact, other states who have passed Open Carry “with training,” have gone on to abolish training & fingerprint background checks for both open & concealed carry. #StopOpenCarrySC
