I have questions for "low-risk" folks who use "mental health" to justify making choices that raise the risk to already high-risk folks:

Have you considered how your actions impact the mental health of the ppl you are endangering?
Have you ever thought about what it feels like to learn that ppl simply can't be bothered to protect your life?

Have you even once wondered what it feels like to be labeled collateral damage or dismissed as an expected loss?

Have you thought about that mental health toll?!
Be honest: do you really care about mental health or do you prioritize your own convenience, entertainment, and/or horniness over other ppls lives?

Do you "need" to make these choices or do you simply feel entitled not to develop the necessary coping skills?
PS -- these are questions for you to ask yourself. This is not an invitation to process your nondisabled privilege in this space.
And as usual I am NOT talking about Mad/mentally ill/ND folks who have gone through fucking hell in this pandemic to keep themselves and others safe with even fewer resources than ever.
