Bumping this up again bc just did some inventory and we really need women’s shoes (especially size 6, 6.5, 7, 7,5) and plain black leggings. Added to the wishlist, and all of this is for shelter residents obvi. Thank you!!!!!!!!

The wishlist just has plain canvas sneakers, but honestly any kind of comfortable/sensible shoe in any size is appreciated. Lots of dress shoes, sandals, heels etc get donated but very few donations of shoes people can reasonably wear while seeking shelter in February

One more bump tonight — new moms usually aren’t able to leave the hospital and come back to the YWCA until they have a car seat. Car seats are *expensive* — found a good 3-in-1 for $126, if you can help w/the cost venmo me @ utahmads “car seat” in the memo https://a.co/805czz2 

Car seat(s) are covered!!!! Thank you so much everyone, god this will make a huge difference. Right now the shelter doesn’t have any car seats on hand for this kind of situation and they are *never* donated new bc they’re so expensive. I am emotional

y’all donated $443 and the cost of three car seats was $444.77. perfect stunning we love to see it but also we hate how expensive a car seat is wtf
