i meditated every day for 30 days and it changed my life

how much guilt i had about not being productive. taking time to rest and do nothing every day was painful at first and i began to realize that society had equated my worth to working when that was not even true at all.
the importance of checking in - especially if you are busy all the time. you don’t even realize how you are feeling or what you even think or what you even want until you take a minute to think about YOU. YOU matter and how you FEEL matters.
how to let go of perfection and be adaptable and open minded. your meditation practice will look different every day and what you need will be different everyday and that’s okay.
you aren’t your thoughts and they don’t have to control you. so many other factors can be clouding your judgement. just let it go. its easier said than done but its so helpful to take space from your thoughts to recognize your own behaviors.
there are answers in the stillness. you can figure so much out and find your limitless potential when you sit in the silence and tap into the unmanifested.
a good playlist can make the world of difference on how you feel. music can set the tone for the day.
how to be patient and continue to show up for myself. progress isn’t linear and what you want won’t happen over night. but by regularly visualizing your higher self and your goals and putting in the work every day, you start to see change happen. trust the process.
how to get clear on your boundaries. you don’t know what bothers you until you take time to think about it and process it.
how to be your own mf hype person. you are responsible for making things happen and changing your life. you have to be able to be your own support system from time to time. hype yourself up.
i also got more in tune with my body. i noticed tension in my hips and chest and began meditating in postures to help open those areas. creativity and love started flowing through me.
i had so many new ideas. with that being said, i started a youtube channel to share all my findings. it would mean the world to me if you subscribe.
i’ll be talking a lot about spirituality, meditation, astrology of course, vegan recipes, manifestation, wellness and other topics to hopefully inspire you and uplift you.
