jeonghan has publicly responded to a question regarding this topic, saying that dino does not like it and that's why he has stopped making the joke. I'm going to assume that chan went to privately speak to jeonghan about his feelings towards the joke and they sorted it out.
+ If jeonghan has stopped, that means you should too. You're not the exception, you're not one of his close friends who can joke around with him. Even if you were his close friend, he’d probably feel uncomfortable with you saying it too if he doesn't like jeonghan saying it.
dino HIMSELF has come out to say he doesn’t like being called jeonghans baby. In a vlive, chan read a comment saying, “dino you are always jeonghans baby” , responding to this, he said, “I guess you will say this until I’m 30, but I’m not a baby anymore. —
I am an adult, I am no longer a baby... I was a baby when we made our debut and after that too, but not anymore, I am an adult now, please accept the fact.”
If Chan wants to be viewed as an adult, you should respect his wishes and do so. If you continue to make this joke you are blatantly ignoring Chan and disrespecting him as well.
