How to Conquer Imposter Syndrome

//Thread//
so you feel you not good enough to do certain things, or

you feel like you dont have the technical knowledge to attempt a given Task.

Maybe you feel bad doing what you are currently doing because you not good enough

This is called "impostor syndrome"
While it may be true you are not good enough.

The truth is you can always improve yourself, by acquiring new knowledge on a given field of interest.

Here are many ways you can improve yourself in anything you do.
1. By seeking Mentorship

Constantly seek out people that are doing similar thing and are seeing a lot of result you are aiming at.

When I started I look out for seniors in my field dieticians, Doctors, influencers etc

Don't copy them verbatim, instead innovate on their ideas.
2. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

No man is an island, you can't get there without people,

always ask for help highest people can say to you is NO

Here I always ask questions where it's difficult for me, I can learn from anyone(a life hack)
3. Read, listen, watch and learn.

-google search
-books of interest
-podcast
-youtube
-courses

Invest your time in learning about your field of interest. Learn it with passion and enthusiasm, aim to be at least 1% better every day.

Use the 5 avenues above and jack up.
4.Don't be afraid of being wrong.

No one is perfect, just do your thing, if you make mistakes correct them and be indifferent to them.

Life doesn't appreciate timidity, show up and learn on the job.

I know how many times I have been corrected here. I have never felt bad.
5.Meditate

Meditation is underrated in this part of the world.

I called it "soul food"

This gives you a chance to declutter and refresh your thoughts

Find a quiet place sit there and Do NOTHING

You need no Mantra, no guru, no guide

Just let go of your mental gluttony
6.Journaling

This is about redirecting your deepest through your hands into a book.

It will help you trap important things from your mind.

Jack Dorsey's idea of this bird app, came from his constant journaling.

Journaling has helped me in getting around my content creation
and much more.

Just find a hotspot, stay there and write whatever comes to mind, no matter how stupid.

It may make sense when you add it up.

Learn to write your thoughts it's another form of Mental Mastery
Conclusion

Overcome imposter syndrome and take charge of your life and career you have a lot of people waiting for your genius

Unleash it by

-seeking mentorship

-asking for help

-reading, listening, and watching materials of interest

-not being afraid of making mistakes
-Meditation

-journaling
