Questions abound like "I have a Smith & Wesson M&P, will these bullets fit" or "I have a Glock, do these work"
This is scary stuff, everyone should know what caliber their handgun is. Better yet they should read the manual.<2>

To me this indicates that those of us in the firearms community have our work cut out for us.
We have to do more than proselytize, now we have to teach. Teach safety, impart knowledge, and help generate a love for guns that ensures that millions of new gun owners <3>

Fear has drive folks to consider owning a gun that might not normally. We have to turn that fear into firearms appreciation & competence.

I'm taking two friends to the range this month. Both are new to shooting. Both bought hand gun safes on my recommendation, both have taken the time to read their manuals because I insisted.
