Elizabeth Evans' website lists treatments she provides which, among others, includes "Wireless Health Advice & Testing". Dr Evans has campaigned against Smart Meters and claims Wifi signals are "putting you at risk".

Among other members of the UK Medical Freedom Alliance is Jo Rogers. Jo is also head of PCR Claims, & recently promoted a letter that links UK Medical Freedom Alliance with the right wing English Democrats' Robin Tilbrook.
Robin Tilbrook, in September 2020, attended an anti-lockdown event organised by conspiracy theorist Emma Shemirani. At this event Tilbrook promoted his legal case, he has so far raised over 72k in public donations.

Through their website, the UK Medical Freedom Alliance ask for public donations. However, they do not declare how much they have raised and give a vague description on how this money will be used.
