AI was added to an already cumbersome selection process.

In order to appear “innovative” they added burden to an already marginalized group with bad research parameters & no oversight😌

I mean..
“The department said all applicants were given the choice to consent to the use of AI or go through an alternative screening method.”

False - my sources tell me applicants were only given one option & has to consent to continue in the process. No alternative screening method was
Applicants were told to consent to a third party having access to the data in order to continue with the process.

“Should you not provide consent by the deadline, you are thereby withdrawing your candidacy for this first round of assessments”

I hate liars.
