The bigger issue IMO is that they used this technology under the guise to hire “diverse candidates” within a job posting SPECIFICALLY TARGETED for minority applicants

AI was added to an already cumbersome selection process.
In order to appear “innovative” they added burden to an already marginalized group with bad research parameters & no oversight
