2/ As you can see from that chart, we've experienced the crazy drop off - totally understandable - we had a huge email list and educated our customer hardcore so they were ready to buy. The past few weeks has been figuring out how to do FB ads and PR. We've finally stabilized tho
3/ We have finally gotten some traction though! We're projecting about another $60k in ad spend, which at this rate should get us to about $3.4MM in KS raise.
I'm sure we could work with a KS agency and make $8MM but my ego doesn't need that and I don't want them to take 15%

4/ Where have I messed up:
I thought a big raise would help get PR - turns out KS isn't interesting anymore because of all the failures on KS. I should of planned for this more. I should of contacted people before hand and made lists. Lots of mistakes here.

5/ Where have I messed up:
I should of spent more time optimizing FB ads before KS. I really didn't have time but I underestimated how difficult they would be. We've finally gotten to a good place where our "Blended ROAS" or "MRR" (?) is over 10X and thats the best we can do

I have had very little time and energy for the customer, fortunately I have the best customer experience person in the world, my only full time employee (and best friend) and he's taken all the heat.

Lots of mad people that didn't read their emails, lots of people who spread misinformation, lots of name calling, lots of "experts" who demand answers...it's a tough world...
My hope is that for all the bad we've got twice as much good.

Our true fans are the best! They stick up for us, they educate people for us, they are indispensable! I like to think all the controversy on our FB Ad comments is a good thing - nothing that is new or amazing isn't contested. All press is good press??

9/ What next?
We're going to announce new colors, a new product launch in May and some other fun things - all on Shopify! We've also got exciting new supply chain announcements and product updates. I think some of these will be huge...like gamechangers.

10/ What next?
The supply chain and logistics updates are going to change everything for us, so much so that we may be more profitable and be able to ship faster, which is better for everyone. This wouldn't of happened without KS exposure (one upside).
