People said timing is everything!
And I can said that Hospital Playlist has best timing for me. I mean, S1 because it started just when the pandemic hits in my country, not only we were fully staying at home, all works/projects were on hold and all parties understood about this!

Workload were very low. We were still adjusting with the situation so I had a lot of free time!
And Kdrama is the best distraction/stress coping for me.

I met many new friends that also loves korean drama as much as me (or even much more than me), discussing, analyzing, shipping, fangirling together for most of the day. There is no single day without me lurking and posting in that online forums 
When I couldn't meet up with my rl friends, and stopped messaging them because there is nothing to talk about (everyone stay at home), so my forum friends felt like much closer than my rl friend at time (maybe till now).
So Hospital Playlist is more than a Kdrama for me!

And it continued with me creating this stan account and also found more new friends here until the real life started to come back and I had lesser and lesser time to enjoy my full timer as Kdrama lover. Nowdays, I cannot visit the online forum and less active in twitter too.
I really hope and want the life is getting normal like before (the pandemic ended) - yes of course! But I also realize maybe I will not enjoy Hospital Playlist Season 2 as much as I enjoyed Season 1. I don't think my real life responsibility allow me to do that. 
Sorry for long not so important thread! 
I am not complaining with anything (well, maybe I am LOL!).
I just hope Season 2 will come soon because I miss Hospital Playlist so much, and I really need new contents and I am very curious with what will happen after the ending in S1
