Let's first look at the right to non-discrimination!
Digital inequalities can negatively impact children’s enjoyment of their rights. If digital inclusion is not improved, already existing inequalities are likely to be exacerbated! This is super relevant to #COVID19

Whilst digital access can be protect children's right to life, survival & development, countries must also take all appropriate measures to protect children from the risk & threat to these rights too!
For example, threats include bullying, gambling, sexual exploitation & abuse

In practice, countries should offer training & support to children, & provide access to child-friendly platforms, in order to let children express their views & become effective advocates for their rights!
