Guys download @trello today! I literally planned all my content and finished everything on time because Trello makes productivity so easy!

And if you have a team (ie. manager, content director, photographer et al) you can add them to your cards. You guys can all see the progress in real-time and comment where necessary.

It has options to add checklists to your cards, this is very important in terms of checking progress and knowing what steps you're taking to finish your task.

You can also add attachments to your cards. I add my Pinterest mood boards to show my team what I'm going for for each campaign and to visualize my ideas and I add content briefs so everyone can see what the brand required for the campaign.
