Precisely the point here.

Manhood is literally nothing more than what happens when someone who identifies as a boy grows up.

Whether or not you are brave or sensitive or devoted or strong or empathetic or compassionate or a born leader or logical or emotionally attuned or creative or funny or talented or passionate or bold or confident or tender or fierce has nothing to do with your genitals

Where there are differences, they are exactly where society has trained us all to put them.

It is not that these traits cannot be spread evenly across humanity.

We just tell each other they're not supposed to be.

And then violently enforce "natural order"

For some reason we have a collective cognitive dissonance where we believe gender roles and characteristics are innate and rigid, but at the same time we believe we have to threaten, shame and coerce each other into accepting them.

Its absurdity.

We expect girls to be girls because if they're not, then we tease them, humiliate them, assault them and kill them.

We expect boys to be boys because if they're not, we we tease them, humiliate them, assault them and kill them.

Then say "It's what's natural! So obvious!"

It would all be bad enough if we really really believed it.

But deep down, we don't.

Which is why we have to make rules and dogmas and laws and punishments to make sure that everyone does what "comes naturally"

It's just another lie we violently and knowingly cling to.

You know why there's no laws demanding that we eat? No legislature about when to inhale or exhale? No religious dogma demanding children learn to walk at some point?

Because all of that ACTUALLY comes naturally.
