My goal with cold emails is volume over quality.
I landed my first 2 clients in 8 days with a new agency using this exact method.

1) BUY A DOMAIN
Buy a domain asap.
Roughly cost you $9 a year.
I use NameCheap for my domains.
You do not want to use your main domain for this.
Buy a new one, that is similar to your main domain.

2) OPEN A GOOGLE WORKSPACE ACCOUNT
This will allow you to send massive number of emails without getting blocked.
Considering you're following the rules of the cold email god.
It will also allow you to send emails with your domain and add records like SPF and DMARC.

3) CONNECT YOUR DOMAIN WITH WORKSPACE
Login to your account.
Go to domains.
Connect your domain with workspace.

4) DNS RECORDS
Once you've connected the domain, make sure you've added these records to your DNS.
> MX RECORDS
> SPF RECORD
> DKIM RECORD
> DMARC RECORD
This is super important ^^^

5) WARM UP THE DOMAIN
Do this for 14 days.
I use http://app.warmupinbox.com to warm up my domains.
This will cost roughly $9 per domain.
BONUS: Sign up for 10-20 newsletters too.

6) CREATE MORE USERS
Now that you've warmed it up, create more users in Google Workspace with the same domain.
I recommend creating 10 users.
Name each user like this:
[email protected]
[email protected]
etc...
This will roughly cost $6/m per user so $60 a month.

7) SCRAPE A LIST
This isn't that difficult.
There a shit ton of sites for this.
I use Apollo, D7Leadfinder, LeadScrape, people from Fiverr, etc...
Make sure to verify the lists as well.
You're almost ready to start sending :)

8) FUNKY AUTOMATIONS
Set up a zap (Zapier) to send all emails from User 1 to be sent to a dedicated slack channel.
This way you can track all replies from the 10 different users in one place.
You'll see why you only need 1 zap here in a few seconds.

9) SENDING
Login to the Gmail of each user to start sending emails.
Use the BCC method to send emails from each account.
And forward users 2-10 to user 1.
So everytime you send an email, all replies will be forward to the main user.
And then zapped to your slack channel

9) SENDING CONT.
Start with 10 emails per user = 100 emails a day.
Then gradually go to 30 emails per user = 300 emails a day.
Then after 2 weeks, increase to 40... and then 50 per user!
Congrats! Now you're sending 500 emails a day.

10) EMAIL HEALTH CHECK-UPS
Check the health of your domains every 2 weeks.
So if there's any hiccups, you can figure out what to fix.
I use the following:

I put 10-20 emails in the BCC field for every email I send.
So you can send your email to 20 people from composing one email.

The biggest downside to this is if your domain gets blacklisted, all your users will go to shit.
So ALWAYS have 1-2 to backup domains that are warmed up.

Redirect your new domain to your landing page.
So if people look up your domain, they'll be redirected to your sales funnel.
