This thread will be my detailed experience of @PeoplesParty_US and everything that I personally did, and everything that went down.

>The Regional Coordinators then represented entire sections of the country, sorta like if Timezones were their jurisdiction

>As you can imagine, MPP was awful with Allocating Tasks to its volunteers

>I had begun advocating for creating a Blog/Newsletter; they had insanely strict Red Tape on everything
>It never got done because of this Red Tape, making everything a hassle
>1/2 months ago they did it

>This is when the Red Tape struck again
>I tried to smooth over negotiations
>I attempted to get budget/financial info, but was given the hardest time
>This person only told me what they were told, so this is the fault of MPP and not the individual in the screenshot

>Needless to say; MPP lost out on a golden opportunity to get merchandising and storage situated at very affordable prices

>Later, I was in a Slack with other Young Student Organizers
>I saw Our Revolution, who beefs with ORLA for no reason before we joined MPP, create Our Time

>Our Time was supposed to be a Student Branch of Our Revolution National (ORN)
>I warned 1 of the Founders of Our Time of the many times ORN has exploited Progressive people running for offices across the country, without promoting their campaigns or endorsing them

>Not sure what became of Our Time
>I brought in a Young Person by the name of Amaya
>Amaya, Nick, and myself created Students for a People's Party
>Being in High School at the time, she became the leader/founder of this Official Group
>Amaya then spoke at the People's Convention

>Immediately following the People's Convention, a Secret Slack Group was created, which included ALL Speakers at the People's Convention
>Amaya was included, along with Ryan Knight, Jimmy Dore, Chris Smalls, etc
>Around the time of FtV, this group became the Advisory Council

>I was planning to create a Student Organizing Toolkit
>MPP didn't have a generic official Organizing Toolkit
>I didn't get around to it due to Personal Inconvenient Life Events/Depression

>Lead Organizers for ORLA gave MPP their Organizing Toolkit to model a new Toolkit after
>ORLA Lead Organizers then taught MPP how to effectively organize; how to persuade Right Wingers; how to train new coordinators using the Toolkit; helped MPP establish on boarding procedure

>Before the People's Convention, we had met a CA resident who had experience in the Entertainment Industry
>This person became apart of ORLA
>Afterwards, this person, along with a few others, planned and produced the People's Convention LIVE

>These individuals were secretly ousted, I never got their story
>This would be a recurring action taken out by MPP against people they disagreed with

>Among the Official Sects within MPP, Regenerative Culture existed as a stand-in for Human Resources

>The Lead Coordinators for Regenerative Culture were secretly ousted; the Leadership notified the Slack as if these individuals willingly stepped down
>At a similar time, the Regenerative Culture Working Group was stripped of its power, and labeled as a Circle, aka MPP Fan Groups

>This meant, the HR Department was parallel to paid opposition, no longer having the authority to enforce Community Guideline violations on Certain individuals
>New leaders for this now-Circle were of virtually no help in holding individuals accountable for their bad behavior
