AmeriLithium (AMEL) acquired the successful and established Patten Energy mid 2014's and latter changed its symbol to $PTTN.

As you can see the website is actively updated and offers a huge range of services and products. This alone would be capible of pushing the market cap at least 3 fold.

1) Was Amerilithium successful.
2) What assets from the previous operations do $PTTN still own.
3) Does the company have any intention to get back into lithium.
4) Whats going on, on the OTC website.

2) Patten Energy $PTTN still owns all lithium and mining assets from AmeriLithium!!! No immediate plans in 2014, how about in 2021 with all the demand for lithium!!!

4) All the bashers like to point towards the OTC website saying its a "red flag." The truth is that the site is not updated with current information. Look at the dates folks, the service provider is "prohibited" because it closed down in 2015.
