Found covid tests online for under a fiver.

Why not let restaurants/pubs open if they demand customers take a test there and then?

1) A customer would be given, while outside, a flow test by the restaurant/bar
2) They would then take that test, again outside, and await the results
3) Upon receiving a negative result, the test would be shown to a member of staff, who would admit them to the premises
4) The test is then immediately disposed of, to prevent re-use
5) A charge of £4.95 to cover the cost of the test is added to the customers' bill or to their first drink

What would be the harm - I'm sure I've overlooked something.
