Meditation guide for BEGINNER

- A Thread -

A Heart-Centered Meditation
- Close your eyes + sit or lay in a comfortable space.

- Take a deep breath and focus your awareness on your heart.

- Breathe through the sensations and picture a white light around your heart.
- Visualize this light around all areas of your heart where you can carry pain, wounding, and trauma.

- Take a deep breath from your belly.

- On the inhale visualize the oxygen cleaning your heart and allowing it to open.
- On the exhale visualize releasing pain and forgiving yourself.

- Say to yourself (aloud or silently):

"
I forgive myself.
I forgive others.

I am open
I am loved.
"
Your heart carries a lot of pain and trapped emotion.

when I started this meditation I became more conscious about this energy around the heart.

Visualization healing is incredibly powerful,

but consistency is the way,

things never happen in one day.
