this truly is a cultbase deeply in denial. they don't want to face the real problems...just want to deflect blame and attack anyone who speaks on the cause of the problems.

it's a conditioned response meant to keep their egos intact, bc their narrative is all they have to cling to. bc they have no individual selves. it's groupthink. people who want others to tell them what to do bc they're ruled by fear.

that's why they attack anyone who questions arteta...bc he's their security...he tells them what to think. it's terrifying to them that anyone might question him or his process.

they were sold an illusion that they bought into...supporting a board puppet. and admitting it, to them, means admitting they were wrong. and that's also why they attack and take it personally.

but for anything or anyone to improve...they first have to be able to admit there's a problem. and they won't even get to that point. 98 percent of the fanbase is programmed to ignore the problems. to them it means admitting they made a mistake.

but people who learn and improve are constantly reassessing whether or not they need to change their views...and they don't take mistakes as a threat to their egos, but as a learning opportunity to improve.

they can't comprehend any person being a fully-formed individual, not needing to be led...who might actually know as much or more than arteta...that's destabilising to them.

"trust the process" was meant to prey on those vulnerable, lost types. it's very exploitative. it takes advantage of them...feeds them the narrative to be parroted. totally the template for a cult.

most of the fanbase is in deep denial and will not listen to facts or reason. it's useless to try. and that's why we'll continue to be taken advantage of. so what can the minority of us who aren't brainwashed do to save arsenal if the majority buy the illusion?

i guess we're just supposed to sit here and watch them destroy arsenal. it's really really sad.
