Allll right, let's do this.
I'm just shy of 6'0" and was racing at 195lbs at the 2019 masters worlds.
For what it's worth, I was 170lbs when I was racing on the road.
Track sprinting involves a LOT more muscle.

In the centre is Elis Ligtlee from the Netherlands.
She's 6'1" 205lbs. Do you think it was fair for her to compete against Kristina Vogel who is 5'3" (10" shorter) and 135lbs (70lbs less)??

Elis is both 1" taller and 10lbs heavier than me and WAY way more successful.
Elis has an Olympic gold medal. I will never compete in an Olympics. She is just much faster (she's retired now, btw).

So every time you show photos of my size and claim it's unfair, you're just exposing your fundamental ignorance of how sport and, specifically, track sprint cycling works.
Bigger =/= faster.
VOGEL was the dominant sprinter compared to Ligtlee.
The SMALLER one was dominant.

People who oppose trans women, and specifically me, love to share this photo. This is waiting for the 2019 Masters F35-39 Sprint final.
On the far right is Kirsten Herup-Sovang, the Danish elite national champion. She came 3rd in the event.

Here's the thing: Kirsten and I ARE THE SAME HEIGHT.
I'm just sitting upright in this photo, and she isn't.
By the way, we're friends. AND she wore my 'Sport is a human right' sticker on the podium (her decision!).
Look, we're having fun talking.

You see that thing on the bottom right on Kirsten's jersey?
Yeah, that's MY 'Sport is a human right' sticker.
She's lovely, and we became friends. Stop using the other photo of us as some sort of 'gotcha' against me and trans women.

Also, that woman on the left who came 2nd? Dawn Orwick.
She BEAT ME days before in 500m TT event. She took Gold, I won Silver.
So we each had a Gold and a Silver from the championships.
You claim I 'dominated' but we each had the same results.
Nonsense.

Oh another thing about this photo, I've seen some versions where Kirsten is cropped out so it's just me and the woman in the middle.
Umm, she's like 55 and I'm not even sure if she's a sprinter. She was there to HOLD Kirsten for her start.
I don't race the woman in the middle.

Also, adorable story about Kirsten.
She came up to me on the final day with a book about badass women in sport.
She said she'd been walking around town and saw it, bought it, and thought of me.
She wanted me to SIGN her book about badass women. That's when I gave her stickers.

And if you've read this far, I have two MUCH longer threads on fairness in sport and trans women.

Seriously, take a few hours and read it carefully.
