In life you have to always believe in yourself no matter the circumstances and take full advantage of your opportunities when they present themselves.

@TomBrady is the master at this.

Here is a short thread on how it did it throughout his career.

-Thread-
High School

Brady started off as a back up. The sad part about this is he couldn’t even start on a team that went 0-8 and didn’t score a touchdown all year.

The starter got hurt and Brady took full advantage. Becoming the starter for the rest of his HS years.
College Career

When he first got to Michigan he was 7th on the depth chart.

He slowly started to doubt himself but sought out mentorship. He was considering transferring and stuck with it. Eventually Earning the starting roll and becoming team captain.
NFL Draft

Brady wasn’t really looked at much coming out of college. There were 6 quarterback taking ahead of him and he was on the verge of getting undrafted. He was eventually selected by the New England Patriots in the 6th round.
New England Patriots

As a rookie he met the the owner of the Patriots for the first time he looked him in the eye and said “This is the best decision this organization has ever made.”

He still started off as the 4th string back up.

By next season he was the primary back up.
New England Patriots (cont)

In the second game of the season the starter of the Patriots got hurt and Brady finally had his opportunity to start. He took full advantage and didn’t look back.

He would go on to win the Super Bowl that year and won 5 more after that.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers

At 43 many people doubted Brady if he had anything left in the tank. Even as far to go as he was a system quarterback all these years under the Patriots.

Again he believed in himself when a lot doubted him and now he is back in his 10th Super Bowl.
“If you don't believe in yourself, why is anyone else going to believe in you?”
