I’m not “living in fear” I’m living at home in relative comfort while prioritizing the safety & health of older & more vulnerable people.
I’m not “living in fear” I’m respecting science and educating myself and making decisions based on best public health practices and taking all available precautions.
We had a very very close elder family member test positive for COVID over Christmas. She kicked it, but there were days I feared she wasn’t going to make it. I’m not living in fear. I’m living like I wish the careless tradesman who infected her had lived.
I guess I need to clarify that being rightfully afraid of contracting or passing on a potentially deadly virus with as of yet unknown long term effects and “living in fear” are two very separate things.
