I think a lot of the time, people in niche internet communities forget that the average person just wants nuclear family, and to be able to comfortably raise 2-3 kids in a stable home. If that’s not for you, that’s a personal choice, but it’s not something we should be shaming

We get skewed by the fact that most media outlets are coastal. But the average person isn’t someone in a polycule roommate situation trying to survive in Brooklyn. They’re average people who want “normal” lives, and just wanna make ends meet.
